He studied law at Comenius University Bratislava, successfully defended a rigorous thesis in constitutional law and was awarded the title of “JUDr.” At the firm, he is responsible for industrial security and trade in defence industry products.

She studied at the Faculty of Law of Comenius University Bratislava. She has practised law for more than 25 years, having previously worked as in-house counsel and subsequently as a district court judge. She held several positions within the Association of Entrepreneurs of Slovakia and actively contributed to the drafting of legislation in this field. She also previously served as a bankruptcy trustee and as an arbitrator in arbitration proceedings within the Association of Leasing Companies. During her career, she has represented a large number of clients across virtually every area of law. At her law firm, she trained many trainee lawyers and prepared them for independent practice.

She studied at the Faculty of Law of Pavol Jozef Šafárik University in Košice, where she also successfully completed the rigorous examination in criminal law and was awarded the title of “JUDr.” She has more than 13 years of legal experience and passed the Slovak Bar examination in 2011. She has extensive experience in employment law matters and the preparation of assessment guidelines, and has held a senior role in human resources management. She specialises primarily in family and employment law.

She has worked as an economist for more than 25 years and is responsible for the entire accounting and financial agenda of the law firm of JUDr. Anna Kubovičová. She also organises the day-to-day running of the firm, maintains the required records and is the first point of contact for clients.
